Fantastic 1br/1ba in the heart of SOMA in San Francisco, CA

This is a 2 bedroom loft apartment located at Bennett Lofts, an accessible and convenient location in San Francisco. It is near the AT&T ballpark and within walking distance to the King Street Caltrain Station and both N and J muni lines. It is also close to Safeway, Whole Foods and the Metreon. We're looking for a clean, responsible, considerate and friendly roommate to rent the unfurnished bedroom upstairs. It is fairly large with an attached closet and you will have your own bathroom. Although there is no door, it is not visible from below and there is privacy because she usually has her room door shut when she's in her room downstairs. It has worked well with her previous roommates because she's usually in her room or will clear out of the living room around 10pm. There is a parking garage within the apartment building. Parking spot is available for an additional $150 if necessary. There is also a communal washer and dryer in the building's premise. There is also ample metered street parking near the building for visitors.Security deposit of 1.5x the monthly rent is required. Also in order to qualify, you must be able to show proof of some sort of income or financial means 2.5x the monthly rent. The room is available starting Jan 25 (though this is flexible, you can move in a little earlier or a little later.) The cost for the room, excluding utilities, is $2115 per month, and the lease is until June 2015 with the option to extend after.About my roommate: She's in her late 20s and works in public relations. She's pretty easy-going and has diverse interests including hiking, music events, art, movies, traveling and casual video games. She may have a handful of friends over from time to time for dinner or wine on the weekends, but generally keeps the party out. She also does some light cooking at times.
