The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for all aspect of project management within the IT-Sales Mergers and Acquisition Program. Manage MA integrations from initiation through delivery, including planning and budgeting, project control and status reporting, team management, and related troubleshooting and problem resolution to ensure completion of assigned project on schedule and within budget. Responsibilities - ProgramProject Management - StructurePlanning - Initiates projectsfeature development by leading alignment on projectfeature scope, release planning, detailed project plans, timelines, aligning 1 or more teams on project goals, create project structure, budget, securing cross-functional support, for all IT project components, driving the change across the organization - ScopeChange Management Responsible for managing, documenting and communicating the project scope thru the life of the project - Program Delivery - Manages delivery and communications to business expectations, delivery to schedule and budget management. Develops strong partnerships with IT Leadership and Business Partners to drive focus on project objects. - Governance Leads weekly program core team meetings to make key decisions, remove obstacles and address key project issues. Leads periodic Steering Committee meeting with key stakeholders. - Dependency Management - Manages projectfeature dependencies across multiple teams, across scrum teams, across functions, across divisions, across stakeholders - Risk Management - Anticipate and aggressively remove obstacles that slow down or prevent project teams from delivering on project goals. Define mitigation strategy and plans as needed. - Communication - Provide status reporting and ensure transparent and visible communications between IT and business units. Provide regular program reviews and updates deep dive into current state of project goals, risks, and escalations. - Budget Management - Manages project budgets outsourcing, contracts, other project costs, etc. - Vendor Management Program vendor management, contact negotiations, validating deliveryservices to ensure accurate invoicing, quarterly vendor reviews. ExperienceSkills Required - 7yrs of technical project management experience, with background managing large scale cross functional projects 5yrs working on Mergers Acquisition initiatives - Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills conducive to collaboration able to work well in a cross-functional, matrix management environment - Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives and technical and non-technical teammates alike - Excellent analytical and analytical abilities with a history of hands-on project management of large and small initiatives - Ability to prioritize tasks effectively with a high level of attention to detail - Ability to quickly define dependencies, issues, and outline mitigation plans against risks - Thorough understanding of enterprise software engineering processes and life cycle ability to adjust and apply this knowledge in a dynamic environment using agile and other methodologies - Ability to work under aggressive deadlines while being flexible and responding to changing business and technical conditions - Background balancing technical and business perspectives. - Knowledge and background using common project management tools e.g. spreadsheets, MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, and shared online documents such as Google docs ExperienceSkills Desired - Background as a Scrum Master or equivalent background with other agile methodologies - Software-as-a-Service background SaaScloud computing - Salesforce application functional knowledge - PMI PMP or similar certificationtraining - Process and methodology development and training background If you may be interested in this position or have any questions, please email or call me directly.
