Fully housebroken, crate-trained Havanese (male) 2 years old in San Francisco, CA

Billy is a smart, 12 pound, two-year old chocolate dilute Havanese with green eyes. His color is extraordinary; people always stop to admire him. Havanese are a non-shedding, hypo-allergenic breed from Cuba. They are smart, friendly dogs that have often been trained as circus dogs. Although he's a terrific cuddler, Billy is a super sporty little dog who loves to run and play, and who will join you in a swim.Billy is extremely affectionate, very good with young children and other dogs, fully house-broken and crate-trained, comes when you whistle, sits on command. He's fully vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped. I bought Billy when he was 12 weeks old and have devoted almost two years training him. I also have an Aussie/Border collie, so Billy's been socialized with a gentle big dog. He's spent lots of time with toddlers and young children and is really patient with kids.Unfortunately, he's developed car sickness, but only on winding mountain roads. I happen to travel extensively, and almost weekly I travel over Mt. Tam and Billy is nauseous and miserable the entire time. Every year I drive across country, often on back roads, and spend three to four months in the Adirondack Mountains in NY. I've tried giving him Dramamine, but it doesn't work for him. So I've decided to find this winning little guy a new home with someone who will love this sturdy little pup.If you've been wanting a young small portable dog, but don't have the time or skills to put into housebreaking a small dog (they take longer to learn than bigger dogs), this is the perfect dog for you. He's still young enough to learn to do tricks and higher level obedience, and he's young enough to bond with his new family, but he's mature enough that you can safely leave him for half a day alone.
