It's an exciting time to join!The Role:They are looking for their first Full Stack Engineer to join their small but quickly-growing team to help disrupt the banking and loan industry. They're trying to help the economy, create real jobs, and offer a good service at the same time, and they need your help!Here are some of the challenges you'll help solve:Building and expanding their distributed service-oriented architectureScaling their business analytics and data collection capabilitiesProcessing high throughput transactionsThey are building a framework for collecting big data now, which will be on the order of terabytes, and they will undoubtedly encounter lots of challenges as they scale!As they grow, they'll also want your help in building the team and guiding where the culture goes.The Stack:Ruby + Mongo DB + Coffescript/JavaScript for now. They will be transitioning to more MVC-type frameworks for the front end. For the back end, the emphasis is more on Ruby rather than Rails.
