Construction Project Manager $115K A prestigious commercial real estate company, well poised for continued growth and expansion and growing significantly with several high rise class “A” office acquisitions in the San Francisco region, is seeking to hire a Construction Project Manager to primarily handle and manage Tenant and Capital Improvements as required by the asset management and development divisions. The ideal candidate will facilitate the planning, coordination and construction for the remodeling and tenant improvements of the existing corporate portfolio. Act as liaison between the company and tenants during the construction of tenant improvements and Coordination of Architecture, Engineering and Consultants for tenant improvement and other capital projects. Inspection of job sites, GOOD understanding of MEP systems and manage and coordinate the preparation of budgets, schedules, contracts and other documents required for the implementation of improvement work. Provide review, commentary and implementation of lease requirements as related to construction of Tenant and Landlord required improvements and coordination of LEED requirements for the company and tenant projects. Provide estimating and analytical support for Asset Managers and provide over sight of tenant improvements constructed by tenants outside of the company’s control. Approve and process pay requests and billings, checking of plans as required and scope of work for the asset management division and manage and mentor the company’s Project Engineers as required to meet daily work loads. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project. There is an immediate need to staff this outstanding position offering a competitive salary and full benefits.
