Transaction Advisory Services Senior Manager in San Francisco, CA

Job Description-Overview
The Transaction Advisory Services Senior Manager will be responsible for managing financial, accounting and operational due diligence engagements for both strategic and financial buyers in the middle market and private equity community.
External Job Description - Essential Duties/Functions
- Acts as primary contact for C-level personnel for the duration of due diligence process
- Plans and oversees the due diligence process and applies knowledge and application of our standards to ensure effective and efficient delivery of quality services and products
- Analyzes quality of earnings, working capital, financial forecasts, historical earnings, quality of assets and liabilities of target client
- Performs industry and company research and collect information from available sources related to the target client's business
- Conducts on-site and / or phone interviews with C-level personnel or target client to gather additional information in support of the financial analysis
- Assists in identifying risks and issues related to the transaction for incorporation into purchase agreements
- Identifies and proposes appropriate resolutions to critical issues related to the M&A process
- Composes due diligence report for presentations to clients evaluating M&A decisions
- Manages the relationship and information flow between us and the target client
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities through industry and networking relationships
- Manages the development of proposal documents and conducts presentations in pursuit of acquiring new clients
- Partner with management members of our offices to identify and promote the services of the Transaction Advisory Services practice to existing and perspective clients
- Other duties as required
